Organisation 

In accordance with EU/GDPR and based on Article 13 of the Swiss Federal Constitution and the data protection provisions of the Swiss Confederation (Data Protection Act, DSG), every person has the right to protection of their privacy and protection against misuse of their personal data. We comply with these provisions. Personal data will be kept strictly confidential and will not be sold or shared with third parties except where explicitly needed for the completion of the project (for example Microsoft SSO Service) 

Highest security standards and undertakes appropriate technical and organisational measures are applied to protect your personal data against loss or other forms of unlawful processing. Data located at cyway is accessible to internal employees only, protected with strong security features such as MFA, conditional access policies and continuous security monitoring. We further follow the least privilege principle where access is minimised to employees only if and as long as they are assigned to a project or process. Sensitive information such as user- and project data is stored on a Microsoft Azure tenant located in Switzerland (or optionally on the customer tenant). Data at rest and in transit is encrypted and not shared among customers (no shared storage). 

By complying to GDPR and the Data Protection Act, DSG we provide the defined rights with regard to the processing of your personal data

  • Rights to information: You may at any time be informed by cyway within one month as to whether or not personal data concerning you is being processed, and, where that is the case, be informed about the purpose of the data processing
  • Right to rectification: You may ask us to rectify any inaccurate personal data concerning you
  • Right to erasure: You have the right to ask for erasure of personal data concerning you. Such request will not affect the lawfulness of the previous processing of your personal data
  • Right to restrict the data processing: You have the right to ask that your personal data shall not be processed in a certain manner or for a certain purpose or ask that cyway shall not continue to process your personal data in general
